Grandparents in Sitka

Shortly after we arrived in Sitka from our long passage across the North Pacific, Grandma Cheryl and Grandpa Ralph came to Sitka for a wonderful visit. I don’t think it would have been possible to have any more fun. We did all the touristy things in a town set up for tourists to visit, but we also just had time to be together and reconnect after our long separation. It was marvelous!

Five years ago when we made the trip from Seattle to Glacier Bay with Lars and Odin as one year olds, Grandma and Grandpa also came to Sitka to visit us. For blasts from the past, click herehere and here. On this visit it was wonderful to have Odin and Lars as active participants in the planning and fun. The boys even had sleepovers with Grandma and Grandpa, fun for all parties concerned!
